To ship after order completion successfully
The order will be processed and ready to be shipped to address provided by us, if you pay by credit card, we will check that payment is successful and send your product as soon as possible.
• How long does it take to ship product?
Within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: from 3 to 5 working days as a maximum.
Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
3 to 6 working days as a maximum. Upon receipt, the customer may also be required to pay customs fees, subject to policy of country to which the request is shipped.
• Can I track my order?
Once your order is completed, you will receive order number directly via SMS and email and you will be provided with the tracking number and can be tracked through shipping companies.
What if I get damaged products?
Do not worry, all of Sayyar’s products are checked and ensured of their safety before shipment. If a damaged product arrived to customer, please submit a request for replacement from your account within 3 days of receiving product, and it will be replaced for you.
