The warranty does not include:
Malfunctions due to negligence on the part of the customer, either by wrong use or storage that is not compatible with the manufacturer’s recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, malfunctions due to the use of other incompatible or low-quality accessories, exposure of the product to dust, dirt, water, liquids, or excessive moisture in the some pieces
For clients inside Jeddah:

Working hours are from 10 am to 11 pm
For clients outside Jeddah:
In the event that the product malfunctions in the future, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah on (the customer’s account), and we are not obligated to replace it if the warranty conditions are not available.
In the event that the product is repaired or changed by us, it will be sent to the customer’s address on our personal account (we are Scene Store)
- Replacement and return policy:
- The customer has the right to exchange or return the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product by returning it to the Seen store. The products must be unused, and wrapped in their original form while keeping the invoice (photos may be requested of the product to be returned or replaced before re-shipping the order to us )
(The return and delivery amount and the electronic payment commission will be deducted from the total order value)
Free delivery requests outside Jeddah:
In the event that the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will bear the shipping amount
How to return products:
Please contact Scene Store customer service to assist you in the process of returning products.
- After we receive the product, we will check the product and the presence of all accessories and verify them. Approval / refusal to exchange or return will be obtained.

- The replaced product will be shipped / delivered after contacting you to confirm your address.
- We will not replace a product with a different model unless the original product is out of stock, in such circumstances we will ask for your approval before processing and shipping.
- In the event of a return, the product will be calculated at the purchase price only, not including shipping and delivery costs.
- In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery / shipment of the product, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service fees will be charged.
- In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer's need to exchange the product, or the customer's desire has changed in general, or the customer did not receive the order), shipping or delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
